DRS Foundations

DRS Foundations is a program for beginners who haven’t been exposed to CrossFit, resistance training and/or a fitness program. The purpose of this class is to teach you proper progressive movements and load progressions while preventing injury. This class is necessary and very important for longevity. We also go over basic nutrition, training and it is a great way to get started. Any person who is commited to get healthy and fit will excel and enjoy the journey.

SATURDAY

CrossFit is a combination of high intensity functional movements related to everyday life. You will be doing strength, gymnastics, power and body weight movements to increase your general conditioning. The programming is key to any fitness program. There is a wide range of fitness levels during these classes and workouts are geared to beginners up to elite athletes.

Gymnastics and make up day

Thursdays
6am / 7:30am / 9am
4:30pm / 6pm

A specialty class devoted to gymnastics skill work, WODs and calisthenics movements. Open to all members. This is not a typical class for the sport of Gymnastics but rather a specialty class to learn proper body mechanics, awareness and the main push and pull movements. You will learn pullups, handstand push ups, muscles, rope climbs , etc. This class is intended to get your core strong and move your own body properly.
Make up day means that you can make up any workout missed during the week.

WEIGHLIFTING

MONDAY/ 7:30AM
WEDNESDAY/ 7PM
THURSDAY/ 5PM

A specialty class devoted to teaching and improving olympic lifting techniques ( clean & jerk, snatch). This class is also taylored for competitors looking to compete in the sport of Weighlifting.

RECREATIONAL

The perfect option for those who love the training style at DRS but who would like to spend extra time training the Olympic lifts.  The programming will go hand in hand with the daily classes.  The DRS Weightlifting club will take your lifting and strength to the next level. 

COMPETITIVE TEAM

The DRS Weightlifting team is a competitive weightlifting team who trains specifically to compete in the sport of Weightlifting.  A comprehensive programming that covers all aspects of the sport of Weightlifting including periodization, mobility, and recovery.
