What is Gymnastics? "A competitive sport in which individuals perform optional and prescribed acrobatic feats mostly on special apparatus in order to demonstrate strength, balance, and body control."
DRS specialize in private or group sessions to help individuals become more aware of their own body to help performance. We mostly focus on athletes that are competing in other sports where gymnastics drills can help the athlete perform better. Ex: pole vault, diving, swimming, CrossFit, track and field, cheer, tumbling, etc.
