Program Description

Sports Performance classes at DRS Athletics will take every athlete to the next level of performance. This is a 45 minute strength and conditioning class (Ages 10-14). Sign up today! We can not wait to have you apart of our sports performance program at DRS Athletics!


Sports Performance training is designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized per team. Training sessions focus primarily on speed enhancement, explosive movements, multi-directional skills, and power that transfer directly to each sport. The program content is energy-system based and is selected for off-season, pre-season, and in-season training.
