Sports Performance training is designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized per team. Training sessions focus primarily on speed enhancement, explosive movements, multi-directional skills, and power that transfer directly to each sport. The program content is energy-system based and is selected for off-season, pre-season, and in-season training.

DRS Athletics offers CrossFit, Krav Maga, HIIT, and Weightlifting classes in Huntington Beach, CA, ideally located in the heart of Orange County. Our facility provides convenient access for residents of Westminster, Long Beach, Fountain Valley, and Newport Beach. Situated just a 2-minute drive east from Golden West College, 8 minutes south to the Huntington Beach Pier and Main Street with an array of dining and shopping options, and a short distance east of Old World Village/Bella Terra, boasting shopping, dining, and movie theaters. Our CrossFit facility is easily accessible from the 405 and 22 Freeways, both within approximately a 10-minute drive in either direction.
