Our private and semi-private CrossFit classes for kids at DRS Athletics will take every athlete to the next level of performance. These Sports Performance training sessions feature a 45 minute strength and conditioning class (Ages 6-12). Sign up today!
Sports Performance training is designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized per individual or team. Training sessions focus primarily on speed enhancement, explosive movements, multi-directional skills, and power that transfer directly to each sport. The program content is energy-system based and is selected for off-season, pre-season, and in-season training.
