Our Classes

Build a better you in our classes! Led by our talented coaches, every one of our classes is designed to deliver great results in a positive, supportive atmosphere. Don’t worry that anything you see here will be too tough for you. We scale every workout to meet you where you are that day. As your skills increase, so does the intensity of your workouts.
  • Foundations

    DRS Foundations is a program for beginners who haven’t been exposed to CrossFit, resistance training and/or a fitness program. The purpose of this class is to teach you proper progressive movements and load progressions while preventing injury. This class is necessary and very important for longevity. We also go over basic nutrition, training and it is a great way to get started. Any person who is committed to getting healthy and fit will excel and enjoy the journey.

  • CrossFit

    CrossFit is a program designed for any individual who is committed to living a healthier life. The scalability and modifications in this program make it safe for anyone from children to the elderly. CrossFit is a combination of high-intensity functional movements related to everyday life. You will be doing strength, gymnastics, power and body weight movements to increase your general conditioning. The programming is a combination of strength and conditioning with The Chad Attack method that provides a wide range of fitness components to not specifically be good at something, but to be broad and generally good at everything!

  • Weightlifting

    The sport of weightlifting has been in existence for many, many years, and has been more popular in other countries for quite some time. We are now seeing a great surge of interest in the U.S. Our coaches are trained and certified and can train any level of athlete, whether they are doing Olympic lifting for a sport itself or as an effective addition to strength training for their specific sport. We offer two different programs. Recreational: Perfect for those who love the training style at DRS and would like to spend extra time training the Olympic lifts. Competitive TEAM: The DRS Weightlifting Team is a competitive weightlifting team. Enjoy comprehensive programming that covers all aspects of the sport of weightlifting including periodization, mobility, and recovery.

  • DRS Fit

    Get in shape with DRS FIT. Join us for quick high-intensity workouts utilizing body weight movements with no barbells. Extra emphasis on cardio, core and body works. Tone your body, burn fat and increase your energy levels while having fun.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. DRS Athletics offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, or excel at a sport.

  • Gymnastics

    Build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility in our gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better (or more exhilarating) way to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars and all the other fun things we do in class will help you gain the superhuman strength gymnasts are famous for.

  • Nutrition

    DRS Athletics can provide an individualized guide to meet your goals. We offer personalized programs for fuel performance (mostly for athletes of different sports), stage preparation, special/specific event and our most demanding program is our DRS Healthy Program for people that want to get back to being healthy, enjoying quality of life by using food as fuel, and eating with a purpose.
    We have also partnered with California Creationz, offering clean eating for Paleo and Sports Performance Training.


    Sports Performance training is designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized per team. Training sessions focus primarily on speed enhancement, explosive movements, multi-directional skills, and power that transfer directly to each sport. The program content is energy-system based and is selected for off-season, pre-season, and in-season training. This is a 45 minute strength and conditioning class (Ages 10-14)
